I’ve had constant issues with the security system I’ve had in the past. The last security company I was with kept charging me more than the agreed upon price in the contract stating that the extra charges were because we used a feature that weren’t part of the packaged deal. Had to argue with them for months until I was finally fed up with them and switched to AlarmForce. I got to tell you that it was the best decision I ever made!
