Service worth it?

I was talked into installing a security system, and I went with Alarmforce, but do I really need it? I mean I have never had a break in. Am I wasting my money?

Pretty good overall… I had some troubles getting the system working. I spent a half hour on the phone with customer service, and we got it straighetend out. System works well now.

had some issued with the system set up at my parents house. they need alarmcare for their health problems and it makes me feel better to know that there’s a system to help them if they can’t call for help on there own. the customer service people were pretty good my dad has bad hearing but they were patient and explained things to him until he learned it. so its all ok now

I was having trouble figuring out my system, but I called alarmforce help and they were very helpful in getting us set up. I feel much safer at night thanks to alarmforce.

Why I love Video Relay

I have been with Alarmforce for long time. When Alarmforce came out with Video Relay, I knew I have to get it and I love it. I like the idea of communicating with whoever is at the front door (where i installed my system) through my cell phone. I enjoy knowing when my children comes home: knowing that they are safe is priceless, especially with many dangers out there.

I have a vacation house and was always worried about it. When I watched commercial on Videorelay from Alarmforce, I called immediately. I love the idea of having notified when a person approaches the house. Alarmforce freed me from my worries and now I can enjoy life instead of having that nagging thoughts.

I decided to install alarm system at my house after attending neighbor watch group meeting. Many of my neighbors had alarmforce as their security system, and I was sold when they told me about “live 2 way communication” in case of emergency. I called alarmforce Toronto next morning, and installed the system right away. So far, I am happy with easy to use system and I feel very safe! Alarmforce gave me protection and peace.

My neighborhood is not that safe. We wish we could have enough money to consider moving into a better community. But unfortunately, so far, we are still pretty far away from our goal. That is why we start thinking about installing an alarm system in our house

Alarmcare vs heart attack

After my uncle collapsed from a minor heart attack few years ago, my cousin got him alarmcare. Thanks god she did because he had another heart attack two weeks ago when most of family members went out of town for a wedding. He pressed that panic alarm button pendant and help was sent almost instantly. alarmcare saved my uncle’s life and my family can not be more thankful.

Easy to use alarm system

As an individual who has difficulty operating high tech machines, I was worried when I first signed up for Alarmforce. When the technician came to install the security system, he went through each steps with me and was friendly till the end. (even after many questions) Alarmforce system is very easy to use, and so far, I love it!
