I am a long time homeowner and had found it very difficult to find a reliable home security system for awhile now. Under the recommendation of my neighbour, I decided to try AlarmForce out. After careful research on customer reviews, about what they offer and the prices these services were being offered at, I decided to give them a call. I hate being put on hold but surprisingly, I got in contact with a representative immediately. She was very friendly and accommodating. Gave me very detailed information on their services, and was able to answer all my questions. Keep in mind that these were questions on complaints that I experienced with previous security companies. For instance, what would they do in the event when the system triggers and the homeowners couldn’t be contacted? She was able to answer all my questions with competent knowledge that I was more than satisfied. With such great service, I bought the system and have no complaints on the AlarmForce security systems ever since!

Their excellent customer service is really what keeps me with the company. The fact they offer these services at fair prices is also a plus!
Looking around the net for a reliable alarm system. I’ve been reading a lot of great reviews on AlarmForce and their services. It may be time to give them a call and check them out!
There’s nothing easy about finding a reliable alarm security company. There will always be someone hating on you. In this case, I take the “I’m proud to be a customer” of Alarm Force side. I agree with the OP about their excellent service. Never had an issue with their system!
I noticed the part where they didn’t put you on hold. That’s amazing. I am thinking about changing to another alarm system as well. Alarm Force sounds like a great company to work with. I will take the suggestions and try them out!

I agree with Wilson. I’ve had my fair share of bad security companies but Alarm Force really stepped it up with their customer service! 3 months in, I hope I will be a happy customer like the rest of the people here!

Glad to hear that I’m not the only one who is satisfied with the experts at Alarm Force. I’m not a tech person but the person who installed my system has really helped me fully understand how their system works. I’ve always managed to get friendly staff on their phone lines and in all honesty I’m really satisfied with their security system. Trust me to pass my review to other homeowners!
